Stage 1: Design and quotes (2–6 weeks)

Stage 2: Planning and building warrant (4–12 weeks)

Plastering, flooring, kitchen or bathroom fitting, decorating and snagging. A single-storey rear exterior in Glasgow or Paisley typically takes 10–16 weeks on site once building work starts, with two-storey projects taking longer.
